Short answer: go in the late afternoon and stay for sunset. The sand is cooler, the light is golden and the dunes are at their most beautiful.
Time of day
- Morning: calm and quiet, good for photos and picnics.
- Afternoon: warmer sand; best for quad biking before sunset.
- Sunset: the classic choice for sandboarding and dinner in the dunes.
Time of year
The Agadir coast is mild all year. Spring and autumn are especially comfortable. In summer, sunset tours avoid the midday heat. In winter, bring an extra layer for the evening.
Weather changes
Coastal weather can be cloudy or windy. If conditions change, your guide adapts the route so the day stays safe and enjoyable.
